Our client, an international producer of industrial high-tech products and services, is looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to lead their global social media strategy. The Social Media Manager (SMM) is responsible for leading the client´s social media strategy, vision, and go-to-market execution with the aim of sharpening the client´s positioning in terms of employer branding, ESG, products and services, increasing brand awareness and supporting the company’s ambitious growth.


The start of the project can be of an interim nature, but should in any case result in a permanent position.


Keytasks:

  • Taking the lead of the entire social media marketing (media planning, content marketing to performance and BI, etc.) and drive these areas together with the respective team leads
  • Developing brand social media voice and creating impactful social activities contributing to an improvement in brand positioning and trust
  • Establishing and implementing social media content strategy and editorial approach aligned with the client´s marketing objectives
  • Creating or overseeing the creation of visual content used across social media platform with strong focus on audio-visual contents and planning of campaigns for social media
  • Managing editorial calendar to ensure consistency across key markets. Translate global strategies into locally relevant social media marketing campaigns and content
  • Setting up social media training for various internal stakeholders and developing a training strategy
  • Maintaining social media partnerships internally and externally to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and activations

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • BA in Communications, Journalism or a related field or commensurate experience
  • Strong experience managing social media platforms and tools
  • Experience in creating graphic posts tailored for social media platforms
  • Experience in creating social media videos (tiktok, etc.) is a plus
  • Profound experience in campaign management
  • Ability to create performance analyses
  • Strong communication skills to provide training to diverse stakeholders
