1 Only in the event of a mandate we charge 10% of the invoice amount of the interim manager in the respective month of assignment. Expenses such as travel costs or expenses that are stated separately are not taken into account.
2 The tender of the project will be published for 28 days after interim-x.com has checked the data. During this period interim managers can apply for the project. After the expiration of the publication period, the user has access to the profiles and contact data for a further 28 days. There is no automatic renewal of the contract.
3 The tender for the projects will be published for 28 days after the information has been verified by interim-x.com. During this period interim managers can apply for the project. Access to the profiles and contact details of all applicants is possible during the entire contract period. If no notice is given, the contract period will be extended by a further period (3, 6, 12 months) unless notice is given at least one day prior to its expiry.
All prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax (VAT).
