Our client, a renowned management consultancy, with a mandate at an international client in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a Senior Expert (m/f/d): Procurement of EPC contracts for Solar/ PV projects to manage and negotiate large and complex tenders (EPC and/ or BoP) for relevant PV-related lots.

Main Tasks:

• Ensure and align technical specifications for long lead items with engineering, development, owner’s engineer especially grid transformers and switchgear
  
• Align specifications and requirements with suppliers and other external stakeholders
  
• Prepare and align contract documents with involved parties
  
• Act as interface to owner’s engineer
  
• Run and negotiate EPC tenders for PV projects incl. BoP either autonomously or jointly with owner’s engineer
  
• Close EPC and or BoP contracts incl. steel construction, installation, etc. in alignment with all relevant stakeholders end to end

• Long term experience in managing large and complex tenders for EPC and/ or BoP for power plant, renewable industry or infrastructure projects on an international level
  
• Proven project management and negotiation skills
  
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills and the ability to drive complex procurement projects
