Customer: Real Estate Development (acquire land assets, activate land by creating/ building infrastructure (residential, commercial, hospitality) and then sell the properties)

• Project: Procurement Maturity Assessment and Optimization
  
• As-is Scope of Procurement department: The procurement function manages all outsourcing requirement for real estate development (from concept to detailed design), construction projects and support services.
  

Scope of Work:

• Analyse the as-is procurement organization in all target operating dimensions (processes, roles, structure, governance, supplier management, steering and IT)
  
• Benchmark with external analysis/data
  
• Identify improvement areas and measures based on internal analysis and external best practices
  
• Develop optimization roadmap (work packages, timeline, necessary internal and external resources)
  
• Support the implementation of optimization measures

• Must have: Experience in real estate development business
  
• Must have: Experience in procurement in real estate business (org. structures, processes)
  
• Must have: Experience in cost reduction projects / initiatives in real estate procurement
  
• Good to have: Experience in middle east (good to have)
  
• Good to have: Knowledge about UAE real estate markets (good to have)
  
• Must have: Language skills: Fluent in English  
  
• Industry and/ or consultant background
