Our client, an international producer of industrial high-tech products and services, is looking for a Talent Manager (f/m/d) ad interim.
The Talent Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for driving conceptual and operational activities for the global Talent function in the area of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development and Talent Management.
The following activities might be required in this role. Please consider the first listed activities as priorities, the latter ones if time permits.
Talent Management (Top Priority as an ongoing project!)
- Own newly defined performance review process and project rollout for upcoming cycle
- Collaborate with our HR Business Analyst and two external consultants on required technical and process improvements
- Familiarize with performance review process and participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Support in preparation of training and communication material based on the project plan
- Send out invites and communication to active participants of performance review (HR, Managers, Employees)
- Act as second level support during performance review stages like self-evaluation goal-setting, individual development plan and performance review meeting
- Coordinate translation activities of final materials with different Business Unit
Talent Acquisition
- Drive forward ongoing recruitments for global positions (~ 5 vacancies)
- If time permits: define global operational standards for recruiting (e.g., interview process steps, interview guideline)
- If time permits: record a training on how to use the platform as Recruiter + share with local HR stakeholders
Onboarding
Review and complement digital onboarding repository as well as input for Onboarding pilot
Prepare HR onboarding presentation new hires within and outside HR
Create standards for pre-boarding package, manager & HR onboarding checklist, agenda and gifts for 1st day, template for onboarding plan and onboarding events
If time permits:
- Define end-to-end onboarding journey with clear responsibilities on global, divisional, and local level
- Create agenda and presentations for global virtual onboarding academy
- Guidelines and trainings for Division HR Officers and local HRBPs
Learning & Development
- Assess global off-the-shelf learning providers and clear recommendation based on cost, global benefit, user-friendliness and fit for Cornerstone as platform
- If time permits: Create learning paths for global self-paced learnings, e.g., leadership basics, project management, soft skills

Requirements
- Proven, international experiences in HR, i.e. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development and Talent Management
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in designing and implementing global standards / processes within an organization
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Solid proficiency in HRIS, preferably Cornerstone
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
