Our client, a Swiss energy company, is looking for an HR IT Manager (m/f/d) to drive digitization initiatives in the HR area.


At the request of our client, only applications from the German-speaking catchment area of Zurich can be considered.


Main tasks:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate interdisciplinary and international teams, monitor project progress, identify risks and appropriate actions to keep the project on track
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, identify and implement optimizations
  • Working closely with the technical teams and vendors to meet the needs of the business
  • Develop change management strategies and communication plans; provide training, monitor user feedback and performance metrics
  • Create test plans and conduct thorough testing; coordinate UAT and assist with issue and defect resolution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors involved in the implementation; support RFP processes and manage the vendor relations

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • Many years of experience as a project manager for HR IT implementation projects (with a focus on SuccessFactors and Learning Management Systems)
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and practices, including talent management, performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite or comparable solution, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Onboarding and Recruitment modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ideally certification in project management and/or HR technology
  • Must live close to Switzerland's Zürich area
