Our client, an international consultancy firm, leads an assignment with a German client to improve and implement HR-compliance policies and measures
Tasks:
Respond to queries from employees and leaders related to German employment conditions, e.g. regarding clauses in employment agreements
Independently drive local and global compliance projects revolving topics such as signatory powers, time tracking requirements, work environment regulations etc.
Policy creation and review
Coordinate internal and external HR audits
Risk control activities
Personnel accountability

Requirements & Expertise
Requirements
Substantial experience with employment law and compliance topics such as people policies and processes, audits and general advisory.
Knowledgeable in German employment law
It’s a big plus if the candidate has worked in a global environment
