Our client, a leading provider of IT service management software on the European market, is looking for a Head of Process Optimization (m/f/d) ad interim to start as soon as possible to develop and implement an optimal and industry leading process from quotation to invoicing.


Main Tasks:

  • Define best-in-class quote to invoice process including milestones for the successful implementation at a B2B software company with 4.500 customers
  • Help to define the size of the needed team and describe the roles with their corresponding skill profiles / job descriptions required to run this process and ideally industry KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
  • Drive and support the implementation of this best-in-class process as the new business as usual / standard across the group (while the company has just acquired a competitor in a complimentary geography)

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • Proven track record of implementing best-in-class quote to invoice processes in B2B software company, preferably in a software as a service (SaaS) environment
  • Experience with migrations from perpetual/maintenance to subscription would be a plus
  • Deep understanding of roles and skill-set required to run a scalable and robust Sales Operations team in the software industry
  • Ability to listen (to capture critical inputs) and understand legacy issues, but remain focused and ambitious to define a new approach that might differ substantially from today’s setup
  • Nice to have: Finnish
