The German production is massively affected by the gas price increases. To secure the operation, the productivity of the site must be massively increased, and variable and fixed costs substantially reduced. The shareholder intends to assign an interim manager (m/f/d) to

• run the operation / production ad interim
  
• to initiate and implement the required change program
  
• give the employees orientation and leadership

• Very good negotiation and communication skills in crisis situations
