Our client is an international retail group, looking for the Head of Marketing Operations & Communication (m/f/d) ad interim to bridge a vacancy. This includes the possibility that the assignment can possibly converted into a permanent position.

The Head of Marketing Operations & Communication (m/f/d) is responsible for the development, automation, digitalization, and integration of all marketing operations processes, turning marketing and communication strategies into real marketing actions and results.

Currently the marketing and communication operations undergoes a substantial transformation within a strategic framework.


Main objective of the assignment:

  • Successfully lead and implement the transformation while building and strengthening the team (currently 15 full-time equivalents, growing to 30 full-time equivalents)
  • Work closely with the IT department, the sales team and other stakeholders to optimize and embed marketing across the company

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • Comprehensive management experiences within marketing & communication; ideally enriched with experiences in a marketing agency
  • PMO / organizational transformation experiences in a marketing & communication environment
  • Track Record in achieving transformational results as well as being willing and able to dig deep in operational processes and tasks (“walk the talk mentality”)
  • Ideally retail (b2b) experiences
