Our client, an international technology provider in the field of communication, has initiated a fundamental company-wide transformation that affects all company divisions (services, employees, organization, processes, etc.) in Germany.


To actively shape and accompany this process in terms of communication, our client is installing a new position: The Head of Change & Internal Communications (m/f/d) as an permanent position.

  • Focus: Change-Communications addressing employees, culture and organization in order to manage the restructuring and to shape the future of the company
  • Develop and orchestrate an integrated and long-term internal change communications strategy and roadmap for the different target groups to support our business transformation
  • Develop and implement target group specific communications and formats
  • Advising the senior management team on the communication strategy in the context of our corporate and cultural transformation
  • Strategic planning and implementation of internal communications, including targeted communications at the various management levels
  • Responsibility over the orchestration of all internal communication activities in the business units to align with the overall strategy
  • Assist in increasing employee engagement and improving our internal employer brand
  • The departmental position reports directly to Head of HR.

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in internal communications in an international corporation or comparable consulting experience
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale business transformation and change projects or equivalent consulting experience with a focus on change communications
  • Leadership experience as well as in depth experiences in liaising and working closely with the top management of international companies
  • Experience in managing, translating and bringing about cultural change in the context of transformation-projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English and German), including on-stage facilitation skills
