Our client is a leading international technology and services company, looking for a Digital Marketing & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for its Cyber Security Service Division.

Core tasks:

Business Development:

  • Ensure a steady income of Leads and Prospects to fill up Sales pipeline
  • Initiate and own campaigns for sales growth including PR, Events & Advertising
  • Partner Management: identify potential external partners to complement and expand the CyberCompare eco-system
  • Sales Calls and offerings
  • Product Owner CRM: Further development of the CRM system used in close cooperation with sales and marketing
  • Supporting the data-based optimization of marketing and sales processes from lead generation to after-sales services incl. KPI-based dashboards (CPL, CAC, CLV)
  • Understand the market with various categories, customers in IT and security departments

Online Marketing:

  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of all online marketing measures together with an existing team and contribute significantly to the further development of the website as well as to the creation of topic-specific landing pages
  • Creating editorial plans as well as content for digital communication media (newsletters, e-mail marketing, etc.) and for social media channels, maintain them and successively expand them
  • Implementation and monitoring the performance of websites in search engines as well as derivation and implementation of corresponding SEO measures, creation and implementation of social ads and SEA campaigns
  • KPI-based success control of the implemented content formats to optimize and evaluate the measures with the common analysis tools

Requirements & Expertise


  • Substantial digital marketing and business development experience (ideally in cybersecurity or IT) – at a growth business or comparable experiences as a marketing consultant focusing on start-ups/scale-ups
  • Expert in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush)
