1. Provide support and advise to all Business Units and employees globally on compliance related matters and questions, especially with regards to corruption prevention
2. Control, analyze, and continuously improve the enterprise-wide process of verifying the integrity and compliance of sales channel partners
3. Implementation and continuous improvement of compliance processes and controls
4. Provide targeted compliance classroom training
5. Support the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide compliance communication strategy

1. Law or economics degree; basic knowledge of commercial law and international corruption legislation
2. Professional experience in compliance, ideally in an international environment
3. English and German fluent, other languages advantageous
