Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for an experienced Career Coach (m/f/d) ad interim for an organization in the central banking and financial services sector, to provide professional coaching services to employees at various career stages. These are repeated events with different time volumes.

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Main tasks:

• Coaching employees on personal development with a focus on self-management and effectiveness
  
• Supporting career development through career planning, interview skills training, CV writing & personal branding
  
• Providing guidance on mid-life career changes and preparing for retirement
  
• Delivery of needs-based coaching on a range of career-related topics
  
• Conduct coaching sessions in English, tailored to individual employee
  
• Ensure alignment with organisational learning and development strategies

• Several years of international coaching experience at C-level (in the central banking and financial services sector)
  
• Coaching accreditation or recognised trainer qualification is a must
  
• Proven expertise in career development, including career planning, retirement planning, and midlife career transitions (interview skills, CV writing & branding skills, supporting career chance, etc.)
  
• Extensive Trainer experience in the field of personal development including the development of skills with a focus on self-management and efficiency
  
• Experience in remote coaching with an international client base
