Our client, a fast-growing Italian e-commerce company, owned by an international PE company, is looking for an 3rd Party Logistic-Expert (m/f/d). The main objectives of the assignment are:

• Improving the Delivering Processes
  
• Improving the Supply Chain Management & Organization
  

The main tasks include:

Product:

• Document and improve purchasing process including:
  
• Reordering process and reorder volume calculation
  
• Assortment strategy (A/B/C products)
  

Supply-Chain

• Improve supply chain management and define international warehousing footprint
  
• Reduce overall 3pl costs
  

Personnel accountability

Budget accountability

• Substantial SCM-Experience (ideally in an e-commerce environment)
  
• Substantial 3rd Party Logistic Experience (e.g. services, costs, market players, RFP, etc.)
  
• Experiences in defining the future warehousing footprint on an European level
  
• Very sophisticated in terms of cost- and process-analysis
  
• Ideally: Capable to speak and write Italian on a business / advanced level
  

Linguistic proficiency
