Our client, a globally presented hyper-fast-growing IT-company, is looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) ad interim to manage and to further develop the global talent acquisition function.

The ideal candidate is also welcomed to join the company on a permanent basis.


Main tasks

  • Coach and manage talent acquisition teams based in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Toronto, Australia (4 team leads – whole size of the team 17 employees)
  • Envision and implement the future talent acquisition framework (Organization, tools, processes, guidelines, etc.). This includes also to dive into (strategic) process design
  • Liaise regularly with the Head of HR as well as the management team with regards to acquisition targets (quality / quantity)
  • Establish and manage relationships with relevant service providers
  • Etc.


HR Systems in place: BOB / Workable; Workable will be replaced by Greenhouse

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • Comparable operational HR set-up works successfully done in an exponentially growing company,
  • In depth international recruiting experience (from a strategic / operational perspective)
  • Experience in using recruiting systems (main functionalities, etc.) in most efficient ways
  • Worked fast growing, truly international IT / Deep Tech companies
  • Work Style: "unicorn-compatible"
  • Excellent communicator, also in English, as part of the management only speaks English
