Our client is an international group of companies with a production site in Germany.

The German production is massively affected by the gas price increases. In order to secure the location, the productivity of the site must be massively increased, and the personnel and material costs substantially reduced. To professionally conceptualize and execute the human resource measures, the Managing Director, who does not speak German, is looking for a Chief Human Resource Officer (m/f/d) ad interim with restructuring experience.

Main tasks:

• Deriving the future target organization in close cooperation with the CEO.
  
• Developing scenarios regarding human resources savings and the associated restructuring costs
  
• Communication of restructuring measures to works council, employees, all relevant stakeholders
  
• Negotiation of social plans, etc.
  
• Implementation of the measures

• Very good knowledge of German labour law / social plans
  
• Very good negotiation and communication skills in crisis situations
