Business Partner (m/f/d) HR Operations & Services Europe

Tasks & Objectives
You will be responsible for up to 300 employees including expats. Collaboration with senior management and the works council in the context of a Europe-wide transformation process is one of the core tasks. The timeframe will be a minimum of 6 months at 4 days per week (with flexibility) with an option to extend.
The tasks and responsibilites comprise a vast of initatives, e.g.:
- delivering integrated people solutions regarding recruitment, employer branding, operational learning & development, international HR Services as well as payroll and administration
- managing recruitment across Europe
- providing guidance and support to the European HR Managers through managing the centres of excellence for recruitment and International Services.
- ensuring the development, implementation, optimisation and maintenance of relevant IT systems as well as be (Deputy) Business Owner for the applications specified below
