Our client, an international chemical company, is looking for a Turnaround Plant Manager (m/f/d) to increase operational efficiency and production performance in their American plant. The plant has grown too quickly and processes have not been adapted fast enough.

Core Tasks:

• Stabilising and empowering the leadership team
  
• Increase production efficiency and optimise manufacturing processes
  
• Implementing measures to increase production
  
• Ensuring effective and scalable shop floor management
  
• Working closely with operational teams to identify and implement improvement measures
