Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking as part of the preparation of an offer for 2025 for a trainer (m/f/d) with special language skills to conduct training courses with a controlling/finance background.

Tasks:

• delivery of training sessions (up to 20 participants; training program with 4 virtual sessions of 3 hours (= 2 days))
  
• conducting interactive virtual classroom training including group interaction, practical exercises, discussions

• Experience in trainings on controlling/finance topics: understanding of the overall economic context (key performance indicators, profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement,…)
  
• Several years of working experience in a controlling or finance department
  
• References of similar training programs at other companies
  
• Experience as a trainer in international environment, experience in conducting virtual training sessions
  
• English or German and one of the following languages:
  
• Chinese
  
• Korean
  
• Portuguese
  
• Spanisch
  
• French
