Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a SME (m/f/d) in the field of real estate in Africa and United Arab Emirates, in an operating model project. Expert role (1-2 days per week remote plus selected on-site workshops)

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Main tasks:

• Providing expert knowledge about the real estate market conditions in the United Arab Emirates and Africa with the aim of identifying key challenges for the success of real estate projects.
  
• Develop and implement a business model tailored for real estate developers operating in diverse markets, ensuring scalability and adaptability to local market conditions and regulatory environments
