Aufgabenstellung

Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a Program Director (m/f/d) Transformation ad interim. The focus is on leading of the transformation program to ensure a successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA system.

 

Main tasks:

  • Lead the transformation program and the teams, ensure definition and implementation of the standardized and harmonized end-to-end processes. Ensure adherence to scope, time and budget.
  • Develop the system architecture and an efficient SAP S/4HANA system based on transformed processes by leading of responsible teams. Ensure no media-interruptions in the core processes. Successfully implement SAP S/4HANA in the organizations in scope with the target parameters.
  • Consult business process owners by designing efficient and state of the art business processes, making use of current technology
  • Allow setup of international shared service center concepts
  • Identify necessary changes or decisions, prepare proper change requests or other decision papers. Ensure proper program documentation and adequate solution documentation and maintenance thereof
  • Install and ensure a professional Change Management by timely and adequate preparation of people, entities and systems before migration to SAP S/4HANA
  • Ensure established training concept, training material and adequate and timely execution of training concept in close cooperation with companies training academy
  • Plan and execute smooth global rollouts. Ensure structured, well prepared and smooth handover of rolled-out products to Enterprise Application after Hypercare and Stabilization Phase and ensure finalization of work packages during Excellence Phase
  • Consider reverse roll-out strategy of eventually adopted SAP S/4HANA template and safeguard only one SAP S/4HANA template is operated after project close
  • Mentor and coach program/project team(s)/members. Manage internal program and project resources and the sub-project managers. Ensure mentoring, training, development of key users (executed by Application Owner). Manage and guiding external transformation partner(s) and consultants
  • Ensure adequate and effective quality and risk management, driving risk mitigation actions, proper testing, deployment and support post-implementation (Hypercare, Excellence Phase and handover to operations. Ensure regression testing and retrofit during rollouts
  • Monitor and report project and program status to the relevant bodies. Ensure regular communication to the relevant bodies but also entire organization

Anforderungen & Kenntnisse

Anforderungen

  • Excellent expertise in leading of transformation program as Program Director (e.g. NorthStar)
  • Documented work experience in successful implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA as the leading project manager in an industrial group of companies
  • Expertise in leading of transformation processes, change management projects and leadership of project/program teams
