Our client, a well-known consultancy firm, advises a global insurance copmany. For one project a procurement manager (m/f/d) is required, reviewing complex IT projects from a service and contractual point of view.

Scope:

• Contract review and design (contract structure) under the leadership of Procurement
  
• Alignment with the legal department
  
• Preparation of contract-relevant topics (e.g. KPIs, Service Processes, definition of services / service description, Governance, ..) and support alignment and decision making with the business under the leadership of Procurement
  
• Negotiation preparation under the leadership of Procurement and Legal
  
• Advise business on setting up internal structure and processes to manage the contract/the provider relationships after closure of the Frame Contract, in alignment with Procurement
