Our client, a manufacturer of glass reinforced plastic components, is looking for a holistic and experienced Plant Manager (m/f/d) ad interim for a Manufacturing Plant in Poland. The focus is on leading the plant in cooperation with team leaders and on the efficiency improvement of fast grown production. There is an option for a permanent contract after 6-9 months.

Main tasks:

• Plant Management with expertise in Operations
  
• Responsibility for investor, customer and vendor interaction as well as for planning and supervising of some financial topics
  
• Analyzing of contracts as base for efficiency improvement after fast growth phase
