Our client is an international provider of software-platforms, professional and managed services (Saas). For their German subsidiary they are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) ad interim, focusing on commercial & contract law.

Job description:

• Responsible for the review, drafting and negotiating of software, Saas and commercial contracts spanning customers, suppliers and networks
  
• Providing commercial and contractual advice to the business
  
• Helping provide support and advice on general claims and litigation management
  
• Critically review and update precedents library and playbooks

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer in Germany with post qualification experience in private practice or in-house and will demonstrate:

• Strong contract law knowledge
  
• Strong drafting skills and experience
