For our client, an internationally active mechanical engineering company, we are looking for a Purchasing Manger (m/f/d) to work at a location in Pune (India) with approx. 200 employees.

The mission is to support the local Purchasing organization through a period of changes and crisis in order to keep the sourcing process in place and boost the necessary changes and process improvements.

The focus is mainly on the procurement of steel and aluminum.

The expected duration of the project is 4-6 months. Flights home will be possible every 4-5 weeks.

• At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing and at least 3 in India.
  
• Experience in Procurement of steel and aluminum
  
• As there is a new manager in place we would be ideally looking at more operative resources in terms of sourcing and supplier management
