Organise & moderate task force team meetings:

  • Companies / People learn about each other
  • Define the optimal processes
  • Also actively participates / takes the lead in writing protocols, plans, procedures, process description


Supports management in strategy formulation & structural implementation

Includes also ERP evaluation + possibly prepare for ISO-9001 certification
