Joining as Global Communications Manager will put you in the heart of the global headquarters of the company.

You will own our digital communications channels and steer their overall performance and continual development. Working closely with the HR department you will formulate and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns to business objectives and company culture. You will manage a wide-reaching external and internal projects concerning key organizational information.

• Full responsibility for develop and execute the communication strategy
  
• Manage all the internal and external communications projects
  
• Develop marketing campaigns with the aim to attract the right talent and build strong employer brand
  
• Partner with top management and key stakeholders to understand business outcomes and drive consistent accurate messaging
  
• Continually shape understanding of core corporate topics across the entire company
  
• Content production for corporate website and all other platforms (social media, intranet launch, magazines, internal & external newsletters etc.)
  
• Coordination of all press, media & communication inquiries with media partners
  
• You will report to the Chief Operations Officer (solid line) and to the Chief HR Officer (dotted line). Beyond that you will be in close contact with offices around the globe

• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communication, PR, Journalism or other related field
  
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a global communication and/or PR related role – focus on digital is an advantage
  
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, preferably in German. Additional good communication skills in French is appreciated
  
• Proven experience in planning, preparing, and implementing impactful communication campaigns. Commitment to operational excellence and motivation to innovate at every opportunity
  
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading and conceptual skills
  
• Creative, solution-oriented thinking, self-starter, team player, and service-driven
