Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a holistic and experienced General Manager (m/f/d) in Plant Performance Improvement ad interim for a Manufacturing Plant in Mexico (close to US-Border). The focus is on leading and improving the performance of the plant.

Main tasks:

• General Management with expertise in Operations with P&L-responsibility
  
• Establish "on the ground" transparency on key issues and root cause
  
• Definition of action plan and roadmap with priorities
  
• Leading and tracking of implementation
  
• Planning of feature cooperation models
