Our client, a leading global automotive supplier, is looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d) ad interim for a manufacturing subsidiary.

In the wake of changes in the automotive industry, the company is currently undergoing major transformation. This includes staffing adjustments, efficiency and productivity initiatives, as well as product launches planned for the summer and autumn of this year.   

Tasks to be managed:

• Productivity-oriented, economic management of production (including quality management, engineering, logistics / supply chain management, etc.) based on clearly defined key performance indicators
  
• Partial transfer of production to other locations
  
• Preparation and frictionless production start-up in summer / autumn of this year
  
• Preparation and implementation of facility management projects (construction measures) 
  
• Ensuring transparent reporting
  
• Etc.

• Operational plant manager in the automotive electronics industry, also with engineering, production & supply chain and QM experience
  
• Experience and knowledge of automotive OEMs
  
• Experience in actively shaping and successfully implementing change / transition situations
  
• Very good, emphatic communicator who leads and convinces by example
  
• Experience with works councils in transition situation
  
• Experience with production ramp-ups as well as production transfers
