Restructure operations of German cosmetics / medical wet wipe manufacturer (130 FTE) together with Dutch Managing Director and Dutch hands-on Private Equity firm.

Assist in finding permanent solution and cooperate with Dutch wet wipe plants to execute ambitious integration and growth plan toward better financial and environmental (sustainable) performance.

Set up logistics plan for a new warehouse.
