Projektmanagement

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones according to agreed deliverables with internal and external customers
  
• Project responsible lead with E2E understanding and overview on ADCAM (Mid + High)
  
• Owner of internal ADCAM project plan, incl. updates, interdependencies and risk management
  
• Management of assigned ADCAM project team resources from functional perspective
  
• Identification and communication of resource requirements including driving the approval process as well as monitoring of implementation and effectiveness
  
• Primary representative of ADCAM team in internal and external meetings, incl. preparation, documentation and pre-alignment with stakeholders
  
• Primary contact for customer team and internal Stakeholders
  
• Facilitation between project teams and escalation to higher organization in case of unresolvable conflicts on working level
  
• Management of external development support, esp. ensure timely ramp-up of resources, organize trainings & briefings, contract management incl. transition, safeguarding of intellectual property, ensure long-term oriented build-up of internal know-how for self-contained continuation of development activities

• Education: Master or PhD in computer science or electronics engineering
