Need an interim CFO, who can streamline finance processes in an organisation grown strongly both organically and through acquisitions. Knowledge of project controlling, interactions with a banking consortium and reporting requirements of professional investors are necessary. Implementation experience for ERP systems is helpful.

• Introduction histroy of project controlling systems
  
• Understand reporting requirements of banking syndicates and professional investors
  
• Track record of change management (good management skills and entrepreneurial approach)
