As one of the oldest private equity investment firms in Germany, we regularly screen companies that operate in various markets and segments. Currently, we are looking at a Project in the area of Endoscopy and Endoscopy Equipment. In order to assess the company’s attractiveness and market segment, we are seeking an expert (incl. medical professionals) with strong commercial knowledge in the area of:

- Market environment for manufacturers of endoscopes and endoscopy equipment (e.g. polypectomy snares, biopsy forceps, retrieval nets etc.)

- Focus specifically on gastrointestinal endoscopy / ERCP

- Overview of the relevant competitors and their respective strengths and weaknesses (incl. price points and potential threats from Asian manufacturers)

- Market dynamics incl. consolidation/ M&A and entries/ exits to the market

- Customer situation (clinics, resident doctors and distributors) in Germany and International

After successful completion of the Project a longer-term interim-function or permanent placement as part of the succession of the company is possible.
