

Responsible for day-to-day coordination support to ensure timely delivery of all work packages for Swiss based clients
Drafting, coordinating communication material to front and to banking clients
Stakeholder management: Point of contact for program internal and external (front teams) stakeholders in delivering important and sensitive messages. Key coordinator in driving front on-boarding initiatives including but not limited to specialist training, on-boarding briefings, Town-halls and other front communication
Would be tightly integrated into the existing team
Experience with mass communication is mandatory
Experience with front communication in banks is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior experience with FATCA a strong plus, but not a necessity
Experience with private and retail banking is a plus
English mandatory, German is a strong plus
