Our client, a venture of seasoned hospital operators, healthcare executives, medical specialists, entrepreneurs and investors with extensive healthcare management expertise across the critical care continuum. The client is cooperating with a leading turnkey infrastructure provider to help governments to manage and find solutions along the entire Pandemic Curve – in the short-,mid- and long-term.

The position is crucial in our client´s vision to return to a fast and lasting steady-state as extensive testing followed by quarantining and tracing is the key to open up public life again. The key task is to leverage our strength in infrastructure to maximize the use of current existing laboratory capacity and build up modular solutions when required. Specifically, the job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and managing collaborations with existing laboratories to achieve the maximum degree of capacity utilization
  
• Responsible designing own laboratory solutions specific to the COVID-19 situation including equipment and supply specification, detailed process description and ensuring to meet all required regulatory standards, eg BSL-2
  
• Ensure operational excellence of own laboratories
  
• Lead Group´s intelligence for technology development in COVID-19 related field, e.g. antibodytesting, antigen testing, ventilation

• Laboratory specialist (with an academic background) with appetite to build and structure organizations and processes
  
• In depth knowledge and experience with PCR testing and devices
  
• Minimum 6-10yrs of relevant working experience
  
• Experience with crisis management would be a great plus
  
• It’s wild, fast and intense – you should have a good stress-resistence level and above all you have to care for the impact our client are aiming to have
