Aufgabenstellung

Our client is a retailer and in his market segment Europeans market leader with more than 1.000 outlets across Europe.


You will be responsible for the interface between the marketing and the CRM-department. It is a key marketing role within the global marketing organization and will cover all relevant aspects of the business of brand positioning and its roll-out into diverse CRM programs executed in Online, POS, DM. you will report to the Group Marketing Director International / CMO.


The main responsibilities are:

  • Leading the development and execution of business strategy for our Customer Loyalty Card Program
  • Partnering with the strategic advertising agency to set communication strategies and develop advertising platforms/executions at POS, Online, Direct Mail.
  • Leading collaboratively in-market execution of concepts, products for all consumer touchpoints, including partnering with local sales and marketing teams to plan and execute programs, especially our loyalty programs

Anforderungen & Kenntnisse

Anforderungen

  • Substantial experience in Brand Marketing and 360 Degree Marketing Campaigns
  • Substantial experience in the retail market, CRM-provider and / or with leading consumer goods companies,
  • Excellent communications as well as analytical skills
  • Work experience in an international / European environment
  • Experienced in the co-operation with international marketing agencies
