Aufgaben & Ziele

Aufgabenstellung
  • Leading and directing the Human Resource team (one employee in Germany & another one in Hungary) to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business in DACH, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Scandinavia & Baltics, Romania, Russia
  • Employee Relations including working closely with Union & Employee Representatives.
  • Managing absence and identifying solutions for absence improvements.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
  • Performance Management- coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
  • Learning & Development - providing guidance on learning & development for managers and their teams
  • Training – Identification of training requirements, implementing a training plan/matrices
  • Recruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Reward- advising and supporting managers and employees on company benefits
  • Policy & procedures - implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. Make provision for training relating to policies where necessary.
  • Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
  • Undertaking Ad hoc HR related projects – Company cars – Employee insurances
  • Managing HR budgets
  • Monthly Following-up on EMEA headcount restructuring
  • Manage the timely and correct processing of personnel salaries, bonuses, vacation payment and 13th month
  • Manage the personal files of the employees – contracts/confirmation letters/letter of appointment/performance review/salary & wages
  • Provide labour cost for Budget Plan
  • Execute month-end reports and audit reports related to HR
  • Manage and update the Kenexa Program for recruitment
  • Be the point of contact for employees and management
  • Actively develop and follow-up training, competence management and personal development policies taking into account the specific needs of the organization and the business strategy
  • Provide support to line managers and their respective teams through training and development programs
  • Support the mission, vision and strategy of the organization through competence management, personal development and training programs
  • Obtain subsidies from national organisations and institutions and coordinate/execute the administrative follow-up
  • Plan, coordinate and register all training activities and manage their budget follow-up
  • Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives through Supporting the development and integration of the HR strategy as well as facilitating its implementation
  • Actively contribute to all HR related improvement projects and HR related working groups
  • Creating in cooperation with management a result and development driven culture
  • Supporting line managers in personal development of leadership and people management
  • Assisting line management and employees with various HR related issues

Experience level:
  • Minimum/Essential: 3 years in an HR Management position
  • Desirable: 5 years in an HR Management position
Educational level:
  • Minimum/Essential: University degree or equal
  • Desirable: Master degree in HR Management
