Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for experienced experts (m/f/d) in capital management, project steering and construction to ensure efficiency of projects and processes in the field of sustainable water solutions in the United Arab Emirates (on-site). Multiple interim positions are required to support a strategic project:

• Capital Excellence Lead (m/f/d) ad interim
  
• Capital Deployment Excellence (m/f/d) ad interim
  
• Capital PMO (m/f/d) ad interim
  
• Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d) ad interim
  

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Main tasks:

• Leading and optimizing project management and consulting processes for sustainable water solutions
  
• Implementing transformation and efficiency strategies in compliance with the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy (DoE) guidelines
  
• Developing processes for procurement, capital deployment, and data analytics in construction and utility projects
  
• Supporting the execution and steering of PMO functions and strategic consulting efforts

• Several years of experience in project and construction management with a focus on utility infrastructure
  
• Deep understanding of the guidelines and requirements of the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy (DoE)
  
• Providing subject matter expertise in power, water & corporate services categories, with a focus on project management
  
• Extensive experience in implementing PMO processes and capital efficiency strategies
  
• Substantial experience in consulting and optimizing transformation projects in the construction and utilities sectors
  
• Comprehensive knowledge in engineering, construction management or quantity surveying
  
• Experience with DOE capital efficiency criteria’s and exposure to digital transformation
