Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d) with consulting project experience with large telecom providers in the area of procurement and/or experience as a line manager with large telecommunication providers in the area of procurement. (Part of consultant core team à approx. 2-4 days/ week or

Maintask:

• Support of the consultant team and/ or expert workshops on the following topics:
  
• As-is analysis of global procurement operating model incl. organizational structure, strategic and operational processes, governance, IT landscape, etc.
  
• As-is analysis of global category and supplier management (e.g. category structures, category responsibility allocations, benchmarks in the categories, supplier responsibilities, etc.)
  
• To-be design of optimized global procurement operating model
  
• To-be design of optimized category and supplier management
