Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a Strategy Expert (m/f/d) ad interim for Business Development in the International Public Sector.

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Main Tasks:

• Identification and analysis of new potential business areas in the field of development aid (e.g. energy, climate, infrastructure, etc.)
  
• Preparation, moderation and documentation of workshops or other forms of structured exchange with key players (preparation of workshop materials, moderation of discussions and documentation of results)
  
• Discussion of the identified growth opportunities with the management team and conceptualization of the next steps, taking into account relevance, growth potential and consistency with corporate goals
  
• Development of a growth business strategy until 2030, including an implementation plan for the next two years with:
  
• Necessary key activities, the required and relevant investments to close gaps and the corresponding realignment of the organization and operational
  
• Identification of needs for partners, skills and know-how in the department (building know-how for market entry)
  
• Examination of digitalization and/or the use of AI in the context of service provision for customers and partners
  
• Identification of (new) suitable partners for collaboration. Exploring complementary partnerships for scalability and impact
  
• Process proposal for monitoring, reflection and adaptation along the implementation

• In-depth knowledge of global markets, energy infrastructure markets, financial markets, green financial markets
