Our client, an international consultancy, is looking for experienced Senior Strategy & Transformation Experts (m/f/d) ad interim to support company-wide strategy development and transformation initiatives for a company in the environmental and utilities sector. Assignments will be carried out on a monthly basis as part of strategic consulting services until the end of 2030.

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client is awarded the contract for the project. Due to the tender process, the decision may take longer.

Main tasks:

• Supporting management, in particular the CSO and CTO, in the design, implementation, and optimization of strategic plans
  
• Developing and refining corporate and business unit strategies
  
• Supporting strategic organizational development initiatives and transformation programs
  
• Analyzing market, competitive, and company data to derive strategic recommendations
  
• Implementing measures to increase efficiency, sustainability, and value creation
