Our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an experienced Production Site Controller (m/f/d) ad interim with the option of permanent employment located in Prag (onsite). The goal is to enhance transparency on site performance, support strategic planning, and drive operational and cost efficiency.

Main tasks:

• Responsible for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial management at the production site
  
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities
  
• Develop and maintain an accurate activity-based costing system for transparency and efficiency
  
• Perform analyses on purchase price variances, yield, productivity, and substitution effects
  
• Prepare and validate business cases to support strategic decision-making
  
• Collaborate with group accounting on statutory accounts and tax declarations
  
• Build and use digital dashboards for performance monitoring and early detection of deviations
  
• Support internal controls and lead activities related to external financial audits
  
• Prepare standard monthly reports and commentary
  
• Prepare annual budget, quarterly estimates and Long Range Plans

• Long term experience as a Production Site Controller within a manufacturing environment
  
• Proven experience in production controlling and cost management
  
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  
• Experience working within complex organizations and matrix structures, engaging with senior management
  
• Advanced skills in SAP and related planning/reporting tools; proficient in MS Excel
  
• Fluency in Czech is mandatory
