Our client is a management consultancy that is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/x) within the scope of a project with a client in the FMCG sector. The project is expected to last for 4 to 6 month interim, ideally out of Amsterdam once travel is permitted again.

The candidate shall cover External Manufacturing Operations (EMO), Non production Spend Supply and Capex.

• The candidate will be responsible for 40 million EUR spend in EMO with 40 suppliers in EU and Australia/New Zealand with 2 teams with middle manager and buyer each – this is a priority
  
• Non production spend supplies includes Utilities, temps, security canteen, MRO all around factory functioning support – 3 EU countries make majority of spendings but also includes Russia and Turkey – main priority here is utility management and strategy
  
• CAPEX – last year only few projects but this year budget exploded to equip the Hygiene BU with new volumes
