Our client, an international airline, is currently evaluating and defining their long-term customer loyalty program. For a seamless operational implementation as well as defining the future strategy for the loyalty program, they are looking for a senior expert (m/f/d) with substantial knowledge in customer loyalty and/or customer retention strategies.

• Analyzing the status quo of the current loyalty program
  
• Conceptualizing and defining the future strategy and the long-term vision for the customer loyalty program
  
• Providing operational/hands-on support in the implementation process
