Our client, an international management consultancy, is looking for a Senior-Expert (m/f/d) - FLAG Emissions to optimize the carbon/emission footprints for a food manufacturer.

Note: This project is part of a tender. The actual assignment depends on whether our client wins the project. Due to the tendering process, the decision may take more time.

Maintasks:

• Calculation of client corporate carbon footprint based on GHG standard Scope 1-3 and including FLAG emissions of client and its supply chain, especially upstream
  
• Development of a nature-based assessment framework to evaluate nature-based impacts of the client apart from GHG emissions calculation

• Relevant experience in accounting for corporate carbon footprints based on the GHG standard, ideally combined with setting up sustainability departments and/or organisations, governance, processes
  
• Experience in the evaluation of FLAG emissions (forest, land, agriculture), ideally within the food, agribusiness or a similar industry with focus on environment, emissions and land use
