Our client, an international producer of industrial high-tech products and services, is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager (m/f/d) ad interim to support its global R&D&I transformation programs and ensure the effective implementation of organizational change initiatives. The Interim Manager acts as a central interface between R&D, IT and other key stakeholders, ensuring that change initiatives are executed effectively, smoothly, and with minimal disruption to operations.
Main tasks:
- Support global R&D&I transformation programs and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals and strategies
- Identify and assess the impact of change on processes, roles, and systems
- Monitor, report, and manage risks throughout the transformation to ensure sustainable success
- Lead the implementation of a central PLM hub to ensure company-wide access to accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product data for all relevant stakeholders (engineering, design, supply chain, etc.)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and feedback and translate results into actionable measures
- Develop and implement change management strategies, communication and training concepts for international initiatives
- Implement appropriate change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-step model) to design, plan and execute effective transformation initiatives that are tailored to the needs of the organization
- Promote stakeholder engagement and commitment throughout all stages of the change process

Requirements
- Many years of experience in Change Management within an international technology or industrial environment
- Proven track record in leading large-scale global transformation programs across multiple business units with a large diversity of technologies, products, and business verticals
- Deep understanding of Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step) and ability to apply them appropriately
- Expertise in project and program management and in steering complex change initiatives
- Extensive expertise in stakeholder analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Prosci Change Management certification required
- Must-have: Fluent in German, English, and French
