Our client, an international company in the insurance and risk advisory industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Business Finance Analyst (m/f/d) ad interim to support the Business Finance team with a focus on performance analysis, expense control, and process optimization.

Main tasks:

• Conduct monthly and quarterly P&L reviews, including KPI analysis and identification of profitability drivers
  
• Monitor and manage personnel and operational expenses to ensure alignment with budget targets and uncover cost-saving opportunities
  
• Optimize and streamline end-to-end financial processes to increase efficiency and ensure compliance
  
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making in an international brokerage environment
  
• Translate complex financial data into clear messages tailored to business stakeholders
  
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting using strong accounting expertise
