Unser Mandant, ein Unternehmen aus der Versicherungsbranche, sucht einen operativen Experten für SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d) ad interim zur Stabilisierung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung des Moduls „Employee Central Payroll“ (Deutschland) im laufenden Implementierungsprojekt mit einem Implementierungspartner. (Es wird explizit kein Projektleiterprofil gesucht – Fokus auf fachlich/technische Beratung und Umsetzung)

Hauptaufgaben:

• Operative Beratung und Konfiguration von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (DE)
  
• Analyse des aktuellen Projektstands, Identifikation von Lücken/Fehlerbildern und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung
  
• Customizing, Troubleshooting und operative Unterstützung „am System“ in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Implementierungspartner
  
• Begleitung von Tests (z. B. Unit-/Integration-/UAT), Fehleranalyse und Koordination der Behebung auf fachlicher/technischer Ebene
  
• Sicherstellung der deutschen Payroll-spezifischen Anforderungen in Design und Umsetzung

• Substanzielle Erfahrung in der Konfiguration/Customizing und im operativen Troubleshooting
