Our client, an international technology company, is looking for a PMO Consultant – Post-Merger Integration (m/f/d) ad interim to provide dedicated Project Management Office services, focused on ensuring progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and reporting throughout the Post-Merger Integration Program.


Main tasks:

  • Monitor and track milestones and activities on the program level, proactively identifying potential risks and delays
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal IT Project Managers (Applications, Infrastructure, ITO, Security, OCM) and workstream counterparts in the acquired companies
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive program-level and integration-specific status reports
  • Organize and facilitate program meetings (Steering Committees, sync meetings, Risk meetings), including agenda preparation, documentation of minutes, and action tracking
  • Establish and maintain a structured document management system on the client’s platform, ensuring accessibility, organization, and version control
  • Provide reports, program tracking tools and ad-hoc coordination support (MS Project, MS Planner, RAID logs, reports, etc.)

Requirements & Expertise

Requirements

  • Long experience in a PMO role or similar project/program coordination capacity combined with excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong coordination and management skills in complex IT-Projects with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Expertise in fast Integration of IT-Solutions of acquired companies in customer environment
  • Prior experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) projects or large-scale transformation programs with proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially MS Project, MS Planner, Excel, and PowerPoint
